Example of Course Paper Number 1, Part 2:

This is part two of a two part paper:

The case as presented in part one. Talley-Champion Community College offers technology-oriented courses to the town of Talley in the southern part of the state. TCC is well known for excellent teaching and state-of-the-art laboratory equipment. They offer a curriculum that is closely tuned to the needs of the community and have an excellent reputation with the local businesses and industries for producing high-quality job and advancement candidates. This month, a lawsuit has been filed against Rameys Department Store by Jamie Johnson an employee claiming damages due to discriminatory promotion practices. Johnson's claims indicated less qualified employees regularly won advancement for the wrong reasons. Included among the facts were the higher final grades Johnson earned in several TCC courses taken together with other Rameys employees competing for promotion. These final grade lists were publically posted on TCC bulletin boards. Johnson had the top score in every course.
